We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to help us drive growth across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other key marketplaces. About the Role

As our E-commerce Marketplace Specialist, you will own and manage the day-to-day execution and growth of SimplyGood’s eCommerce channels - across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other key marketplaces to drive growth in our GMV and profitability across key channels.

This role is fully remote, but you'll work closely with our SG-based Ecommerce Marketing Manager and cross-functionally with our creative, ops, marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Marketplace & Campaign Management

Manage listings, pricing, SEO, bundles, and promotions across all marketplace platforms

  • Monitor and maintain store health metrics : listing performance, response rate, chat speed, seller rating, penalty status
  • Own campaign days (e.g. Double Digit, Payday) and submit daily / weekly deals on time
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure accurate inventory sync and prevent out-of-stock issues
  • Provide customer service support (chat, order inquiries, feedback escalation)
  • Submit weekly / daily deals, flash sales, and exclusive offers on time
  • Develop and manage vouchers, bundle mechanics, and platform-exclusive promos
  • Collaborate with affiliates and platform category managers for better visibility
  • 2. Paid Ads & Performance Optimisation
  • Research and select keywords, support and creative development when needed (thumbnails, copy, visuals)

  • Set up and optimise Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop ads (budgeting, bidding, targeting)
  • Track performance (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and conduct A / B tests on creatives and listings
  • Create new SKUs / bundles to support campaign performance and audience targeting
  • Manage bidding strategies, ad budget pacing, and campaign structure
  • Track and report on daily ad spend, conversions, CTR / CVR, and ROAS
  • Set up livestream mechanics : vouchers, flash deals, bundles, tiered pricing
  • Configure bundles and promotions in advance for smooth on-screen flow during livestream
  • Be online during livestream sessions to : Monitor chat and respond to product / customer queries, and Troubleshoot issues (e.g. stock errors, product not showing, host questions) in real time
  • Coordinate with logistics / ops teams for order fulfilment readiness post-livestream
  • 4. Analytics & Reporting
  • Maintain weekly performance dashboards (GMV, CVR, ROAS, traffic, bestsellers)

  • Monitor competitor activity and share actionable insights with internal teams
  • Share actionable insights with growth, creative, and CRM teams
  • 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Ops on campaign readiness and inventory

  • Coordinate with Creative for banners, visuals, and livestream assets
  • Collaborate with CRM / Retention on bundle and voucher strategies
  • Handle ad hoc tasks or growth projects assigned by the Ecommerce Manager
  • Requirements

  • 3-4 years of hands‑on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop stores
  • Proven experience running Shopee Ads or Lazada Sponsored Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset, hands‑on experience with ad tools and backend operations
  • Able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment
  • Prior experience working with a DTC or FMCG brand
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Asia e‑commerce platforms
  • Self‑driven, process‑oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good written English and communication skills
