We’re looking for a Marine Parts & Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team! Someone who’s as comfortable talking shop with boating enthusiasts as they are keeping parts, service, and inventory running shipshape.

Position

Marine Parts and Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to expert for retail parts sales, work order allocations, and inventory control.
  • Keep our stockroom organized and our retail displays looking their best.
  • Create, schedule, and manage service work orders and special orders with precision.
  • Process warranty claims and settlements efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate the final delivery of new Personal Watercraft and Sea-Doo purchases, ensuring an unforgettable handover experience.
  • Maintain adequate parts inventory to support projected sales and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes and estimates for parts and service—and close the sale!
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with confidence and product expertise on brands like Sea-Doo, Continental Trailers, JL Audio, and Garmin Marine.

Requirements

  • A high School Diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in marine or technical fields a plus).
  • 2–3 years’ experience in the Marine Industry : selling, writing, and managing service work orders.
  • Proven skill using marine parts lookup software, catalogs, and literature.
  • A keen eye for organization, accuracy, and detail, especially when it comes to stock and inventory.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer service abilities — you love helping people and making their day.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A passion for boating and a commitment to keeping our customers out on the water, where they belong!
