Wafer Sort QA Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor QA, preferably in wafer sort / wafer probe environment. Strong knowledge of wafer sort & probe process flows, yield analysis, and defect mechanisms. Ability to handle customer quality requirements, audits, and reporting. Familiar with industry standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, or equivalent). Proficiency in using quality tools : SPC, FMEA, 8D, control plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in corrective / preventive actions. Good communication and presentation skills to work with cross-functional teams and customers.
Job Description :
- Responsible for quality assurance activities related to wafer sort and wafer probe processes.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Perform data analysis, yield monitoring, and drive corrective / preventive actions.
- Work closely with engineering, process, and production teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Support customer audits, documentation reviews, and provide timely quality reports.
