Oversee accounting operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Review financial reports, budgets, tax liabilities, and variance analyses to support management decisions.

Monitor collections and outstanding balances, ensuring proper follow-up.

Implement and improve accounting processes for timely monthly closings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders.

Lead, coach, and develop the team to drive performance and job satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, safety, and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS :

MIA member with MACPA / ACCA / CIMA qualification or Accounting / Finance degree.
Minimum 10 years' post-certification experience in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of financial operations, processes, and compliance.
Good understanding of local business practices and government regulations.
