Job Overview
The General Manager oversees all aspects of plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and supply chain. This role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective production aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Drive strategic initiatives for cost reduction, process optimization, and capacity planning.
- Manage and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and logistics to maintain optimal material flow.
- Control budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers to align operations with business needs.
