The Senior Fund Operations role focuses on managing bank accounts, arranging payments, and overseeing fund management, including forecasting and adjustments. It involves preparing financial and data analysis reports, reconciling positions, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate payment settlements. Additionally, the role includes handling other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Description

Manage bank accounts and arrange payments of the funds.
Manage the fund management, predict and adjust.
Take responsibility to prepare the financial and data analysis report.
Perform reconciliation of positions as well as investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments.
Undertake any other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in a related field with experience in Fund Operations / Fund Management / Fund Administration.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Good knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.

Must be able to commit to rotating shifts.

Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment.

Detail‑oriented, responsible and proactive.

Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast‑paced agile team.

Ability to speak Mandarin and English fluently to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders.

Has prior fund management experience for at least 3 years.
