Associate Business Support Specialist (Japanese Bilingual) – Open for Fresh Graduates
Join MSD to support global source-to-settle processes as an STS Tier 1 Associate Specialist. You will manage inquiries, resolve cases, and deliver first‑time, high‑quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Execute STS SRD Tier 1 processes globally applying the “Follow the Sun Model.”
- Respond to internal and external customers via phone and case management tool (ServiceNow) ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
- Collaborate with SRD Tier 2 analysts and STS subgroups for consistent, global support.
- Identify trends, raise improvement opportunities, and drive adoption of ServiceNow dashboards.
- Provide cover and support to team members as needed.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.1 year demonstrated work experience in General Accounting, Finance Shared Services, customer services, or Source to Settle area (preferred).Business‑level fluency in English (must).Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese, or Korean language (written and spoken) required.Strong diligence, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer‑focused and results‑driven.Required Attributes & Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ServiceNow case management experience beneficial.Strong communication, organizational, and independent work style.Customer service mindset, high personal integrity, and positive disposition.Experience with SAP ECC, Ariba, and global process design preferred.Employment Details
