Admin Adssistant
Job Description
- Available in Admin Dept / Operation Dept / Warehouse Dept / and etc.
- Handling of all administrative works (eg. report, invoicing, stocks controls and etc).
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal team.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the administrative functions.
- Filing, maintain records, and reporting submissions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.Must be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.Applicants must willing to work in Seksyen 26, Shah Alam.Flexible to work over time when required.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM1, RM2,900.00 per month
