We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into functional specifications, and oversee the successful implementation of software solutions. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring our technology delivers measurable value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
  • Customize and configure software applications to align with client goals
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and onboarding activities for end users
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide post-deployment support and resolve technical or functional issues
  • Maintain thorough documentation throughout all phases of the project
  • Work closely with developers, analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Troubleshoot challenges during implementation and provide ongoing support
  • Engage confidently with clients across various organizational levels
  • Foster a positive and proactive approach to teamwork and client engagement
  • Build and manage strong client relationships with timely communication and issue resolution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a functional consulting or software implementation role
  • Solid understanding of enterprise HRMS systems and business applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple assignments
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
