Overview

This full-time Account Executive position at NBRAND (M) SDN. BHD. is based in Perai, Penang. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to a portfolio of small business clients, helping them meet their financial obligations and make informed decisions.

What you\'ll be doing

Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
Preparing monthly / quarterly financial statements, such as profit and loss reports and balance sheet
Contacting clients about transactions and invoices
Assisting with various ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required
Resolving accounts to the general ledger
Handling queries related to accounts

What we\'re looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within a small practice or professional services firm

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

Relevant accounting qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in Accounting or a professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
