Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head based in Petaling Jaya. The Business Head will be responsible for leading overall business strategy and operations, driving revenue growth, and managing client relationships. The Business Head will also manage team dynamics, mentor staff, and coordinate with various departments to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, and social media strategy
• Skills in business strategy, revenue growth, and client relationship management
• Expertise in OOH and DOOH advertising, programmatic media planning, and experiential brand activations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and align various departments toward common goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Proven track record in similar roles within the advertising or media industry
