We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Business Consultant to advise our clients on effective human resources strategies that drive business growth.
Here are the responsibilities :
Conduct 1-on-1 business coaching sessions with clients, focusing on marketing strategies, brand positioning, and business growth.Assess client business needs, challenges, and goals, then design tailored marketing and business guidance plans.Provide advisory support on digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales funnel optimization.Train and coach business owners to improve decision-making, leadership, and marketing execution.Monitor client progress and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations to enhance clients' business knowledge and marketing skills.Collaborate with the consultancy team to deliver holistic business solutions across different industries.Stay updated with current market trends and industry best practices to provide relevant and practical advice to clients.Desired skills & requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage).Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, business consultancy, or coaching.Proven experience in business coaching, mentoring, or advisory roles.Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with business owners from diverse industries.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).Certification in coaching / mentoring (optional but highly valued).Other employees benefits :
