Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Operations professional located in Petaling Jaya. The E-Commerce Operations professional will manage day-to-day e-commerce activities, including overseeing online sales, maintaining customer service standards, analyzing sales metrics, coordinating with various departments to align operations with business goals, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
