About The Employer :

A Local company with strong presence internationally and across the nation. They specialize in premium frozen food like seafood, Japanese food, ready to eat products which are mostly halal-certified.

Basic from RM 2300 RM 3000
Sales incentive, petrol card & toll and parking claim basis.

Job Description

Sales Development : Actively seek new business opportunities in outstation territories to expand market share and achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, wholesalers, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Daily Reporting : Provide detailed and accurate daily reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to the Headquarter Sales Manager.

Task Scheduling : Plan and organize daily sales activities, including client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations, adhering to the schedule provided by the Headquarter Sales Manager.

Market Analysis : Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to the Headquarter Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.

Sales Targets : Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Communication : Maintain regular communication with the Headquarter Sales Manager, keeping them informed about the progress, challenges, and opportunities in the outstation territories.

Product Knowledge : Possess a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG product portfolio, ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits to clients.

Negotiation : Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, wholesalers, and distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Participate in any sales activities when needed. i.e. warehouse sales, food exhibition, etc. To carry out any other duties, responsibilities as assigned by the Management as required.

Job Requirements

Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Malay.

Have own transports and willing to visit client.
