Finance Manager

BASIC PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

a) Preparing monthly management reports with variance analysis to management

b) Preparing forecast and yearly budget

c) Manage cash flow and all banking matters

d) Review and confirm inventory movement and balance

e) Establish and implement required SOPs of the Company

f) Ensure accounts submitted compliance with local accounting standards and statutory regulations

g) Apply required MFRS standards

h) Manage annual corporate tax return and ensuring timely reporting for all tax related matters

i) Handle company secretarial matters

j) SAP B1 system administrator

k) Liaising with bank, auditor and tax agent

l) Handle special / ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

COMPETENCIES

a) Candidate must possesses at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or a Professional Qualification

b) Minimum 8 years working experience in both commercial and external audit fields, preferably with exposure of large retail & F&B Outlets & organization.

c) Familiar with IFRS / MFRS

d) Knowledge in ERP is an added advantage

e) Proficient in Microsoft Office application, especially in Excel

f) Good interpersonal skill

g) Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in fast paced environment

h) Candidate who is able to start work immediately will have an advantage
