About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between property owners, tenants, and agents — ensuring effective communication, smooth coordination, and successful rental operations that maximize property value and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants, owners, and agents.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities for handling maintenance or tenant issues.
- Prior experience in coordination, property management, or leasing is preferred.
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay (spoken and written).
- Willing to travel and must possess own transportation.
- Independent, proactive, and results‑driven with a customer‑first mindset.
Responsibilities
Consult property owners on suitable long‑term or short‑term rental strategies.Assist owners in managing operators for both rental and sales activities.Monitor operator performance to safeguard owner interests and maximize property returns.Offer professional advice on property management to achieve sustainable and profitable outcomes.Handle and respond to property owner inquiries efficiently.Source and contact property owners / investors to expand the property portfolio.Coordinate with tenants, owners, and agents to resolve issues promptly.Travel to client or property sites as required.Competitive base salary with commission opportunities.Exposure to real estate and property management operations.Dynamic, supportive, and growth‑oriented work environment.Interested candidates can contact us on the details below.
