Provided administrative support to the Project Director, including managing all project correspondence.
Maintaining drawing records, liaising with consultants and authorities on all project-related matters as directed by the Director.
Preparing necessary documentation to apply project licenses, APDL, land conversion / subdivision & CCC
Worked closely with law firms to review development agreements and other legal documents pertaining to project operations and real estate transactions.
Responsible for project facilities / bridging loan.
Handle sales admin task, liaise with agents, lawyer, purchaser & bank from signing SPA to loan disbursement and vacant possession
Attend to potential & customer inquiry project info & sales
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience; experience in property development
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with local council procedures, land office submissions, or SPA documentation is an advantage
