Overview

As Speechify expands, our AI team seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to ensure scalable infrastructure, optimize product flows, and build resilient systems. If you're passionate about strategy, high-paced work, and taking ownership, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop state-of-the-art voice cloning technologies.
  • Implement low-latency, cost-effective text-to-speech solutions.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Proven backend development experience with Python.
  • Experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  • Ability to ideate and implement efficiently, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Proficiency in deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes.
  • Preferred : Experience deploying NLP or TTS models to production.
