Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager- Strategy & Marketing to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a dynamic mix of lifestyle, retail, and hospitality-driven marketing initiatives across our group of companies.

Candidates with experience in property, creative agencies, or the retail industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

Role & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.

Work with internal and external partners to develop compelling initiatives across digital, retail, and event channels.

Brand & Content Management

Maintain brand consistency across platforms and marketing materials.

Oversee content creation, including copywriting and visual asset designs.

Public Relations & Partnerships

Support PR efforts and ensure consistent media coverage and documentation.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with tenants, agencies, and vendors.

Manage digital channels including social media, email marketing, and SEO / SEM.

Track and optimise digital performance using analytics tools.

Events & Activations

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing in-mall events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Source and manage sponsorships, partnerships, and external collaborations.

Track campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and manage marketing budgets efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience

Retail or property industry experience preferred

Strong project and stakeholder management skills

Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities

Creative, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality execution
