Job Summary

To support the daily operations in all functional areas to enable a daily completion of all associated tasks of our business.

Responsibilities

Motivate, train, coach, and lead the team to ensure effective operation procedures and meet the company’s KPIs.
Supervise and maintain discipline of all personnel under your charge in accordance with warehouse rules and regulations.
Ensure activities under your charge comply with GxP and other Occupational, Safety & Health Acts.
Check and process immediately all outgoing or other related issuing goods after performing documentation and physical check in accordance with stipulated SOPs.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of picking, sorting, checking, packing, weighing and labeling activities in accordance with the stipulated SOPs.
Attend all urgent orders and any assigned tasks promptly and ensure completion of the assigned tasks.
Execute the TCP plan and complete the pick, pack, and handover the stock to Despatch as per agreed lead time.
Monitor and lead the team to maintain up-to-date physical housekeeping and bin integrity.
Ensure all necessary documentation and related documents are properly tracked and filed for future reference.
Report promptly to the Executive and Manager in charge if there are any incidences of indiscipline of the staff and other matters that affect the optimal performance of the warehouse operations.
Report promptly to the Executive and Manager in charge of any irregularities that are not in accordance with SOPs and will affect the operations, safety, health and environmental of the warehouse.
Close SCUBA tickets as per SLA with effective CAPA.
Provide reports assigned by the Executive in charge and / or the management in a timely manner.
Monitor and ensure the team maintains general housekeeping and cleanliness of the workstations and warehouse in a neat, clean, standardized and tidy condition in accordance with 7S.
Undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by the Executive in charge and / or the management.
Ensure the IKA deliveries have been arranged as per the requested RDD and the packing and stacking are followed as per the requirement.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Diploma / Certificates in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management or related field.

Demonstrate working understanding of distribution centre, distribution and transportation.

Proven hands‑on experience in warehousing, pick and pack functions.

Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment.

Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.

Applicants must be willing to work in Sg Jati, Klang.
