RegASK augments Regulatory Affairs teams, combining AI efficiency and community-driven intelligence to streamline compliance across the product lifecycle. We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and maintenance. The candidate will be the operational backbone of our GTM strategy, managing our tech stack, improving funnel efficiency, and delivery insights to leadership. A core part of the role is owning and customizing Salesforce and HubSpot to enable scalable revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across sales, customer success, marketing, and finance functions. Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Optimization :

Own Salesforce configuration : custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and page layouts Manage user permissions, profiles, roles, and record types Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to support GTM analytics and forecasting Ensure CRM hygiene, deduplication, and data validation processes Design and optimize lead, opportunity, and account lifecycle processes

HubSpot Management :

Administer marketing and sales modules, including list segmentation, email workflows, lead scoring, and form management Sync and troubleshoot Salesforce-HubSpot integration (e.g., field mapping, sync errors)

RevOps Strategy & Analytics :

Define and track KPIs across the funnel (e.g., MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, sales cycle) Build GTM dashboards for leadership and sales teams Support accurate pipeline management and forecasting

Tech Stack Ownership :

Integrate and maintain tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Evaluate and recommend tools to improve GTM efficiency

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and finance teams to align operational goals and maximize system efficiency Project Management :

Manage system updates and projects using tools like Jira, ensuring timely delivery of solutions Training & Support :

Document process and provide training to end-users on Salesforce best practices and support troubleshooting efforts as needed Requirements

Experience :

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and maintenance in a B2B SaaS company Technical skills :

Expertise in Salesforce customization (e.g., workflows, dashboards, reports) Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outlook, etc.) Familiarity with data analytics / reporting tools within Salesforce Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Looker / Tableau / PowerBI) Understanding of sales and marketing funnel metrics and how to influence them through tooling Familiarity with CPQ, revenue attribution, or customer success tooling (e.g., Gainsight) Experience using Jira for project management is a plus Salesforce Administrator certification (strongly preferred)

Soft skills :

Excellent communication skills; must be a native English speaker Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience :

Experience in early-stage SaaS or scaling RevOps from Series A to B Proven track record of optimizing sales / revenue operations processes through Salesforce solutions
