You will be responsible for formulating and executing overall media sales strategies, expanding the client base and driving sales performance. You will build strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies and corporate marketing teams to fuel business growth and lead the team in achieving KPIs and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales goals, as well as client satisfaction metrics.
- Understand clients' needs in-depth and develop media solutions.
- Identify and acquire new clients while supporting the team in maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Work closely with internal departments and operations team to optimize the sales conversion process and improve efficiency from lead to closing.
- Represent the company to attend industry events, forums and meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in media sales, preferably in an advertising agency or similar environment.A strong network and solid client relationships with advertisers, brand marketers or media agencies.Familiar with media planning and buying across various channels (TV, digital, social media & etc.).Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen.Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.Responsible, self-driven and results-oriented person.What We Offer
