Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our hiring needs in Malaysia, with potential to extend into a long-term position. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a range of professional roles across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through local job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks
• Conduct initial screening interviews in English and Malaysian
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Malaysia (and occasionally other APAC markets)
• Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking updates
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
