About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end change management strategy and execution for a digital platform transformation initiative. This role will ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new integrated digital platform by driving stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption strategies. You will work closely with project leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to prepare, equip, and support clients and partners through the change journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the digital platform transformation roadmap.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify gaps in business readiness and risks associated with adoption.
- Define and maintain a change management plan, including communication, engagement, and training streams.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments and leadership to understand concerns, priorities, and adoption challenges.
- Develop clear, compelling communication materials to drive understanding and buy-in.
- Facilitate townhalls, focus groups, and feedback sessions to maintain transparency and confidence.
- Design and deliver training strategy and end-user learning plans for different user groups.
- Coordinate training materials and user guides with project and product teams.
- Ensure post-go-live support.
- Establish adoption metrics and success measures to track readiness and change progress.
- Monitor feedback and adoption levels, and recommend interventions when needed.
- Prepare post-implementation review and lessons learned documentation.
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and technical teams to align change initiatives with system rollouts.
- Advise leadership on potential people / process challenges, as well as mitigation strategies.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in organisational change management, preferably in technology platform transformation or large-scale digital initiatives.Strong understanding of change management methodologies.Experience in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and adoption planning.Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills (in English & Malay).Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.High-performing candidates with slightly less experience but strong consulting and facilitation skills are welcome to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
