Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer at our WP Kuala Lumpur location. The individual in this role will engage in product transfer and development, research, and testing to drive innovation. Responsibilities include conducting in‑depth research, analysing data, developing new products, and performing various testing procedures to ensure functionality and quality. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to improve existing products and processes will be a key focus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Research, Research and Development (R&D), and Analytical Skills
• Experience and expertise in Testing and Product Development
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Refrigeration‑related field preferred
• Prior experience in refrigeration or HVAC systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
