Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), ERP with backend system (NAV), frontend system (ETP), web and other applications; perform process mapping exercises and implement to post-live support.
- Ensure program or system requirement specification is correctly documented and clearly communicated to technical staff.
- Designing and implementing system architecture, defining system requirements, and ensuring that systems meet business needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify requirements, and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead and manage IT projects, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Provide expert advice on IT strategies, technologies, and systems to help organizations improve efficiency and achieve their business goals. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, mentoring junior analysts as needed.
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets, developing insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Integrate different IT systems, applications, and technologies to ensure seamless communication and data flow across the organization.
- Ensure the quality and performance of IT systems by conducting testing, identifying defects, and recommending improvements to enhance system functionality.
- Assess and mitigate security risks, implementing security measures, and safeguarding IT systems and data from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, information management and computer sciences.Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development with 2 years in team management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex systems and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven leadership abilities, with experience in leading software development projects and mentoring team members.Financial analysis and reporting skills : Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports, which can be useful for data analysis or business intelligence roles in IT.Experience with database management systems, networking concepts, and quality assurance principles.Good project management skills, effective communicator, and team player.Knowledge in MSSQL, ERP MS Dynamics.Hands-on experience with software development and documentation.A good problem-solving attitude.Experience in retail business is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
