Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), ERP with backend system (NAV), frontend system (ETP), web and other applications; perform process mapping exercises and implement to post-live support.
• Ensure program or system requirement specification is correctly documented and clearly communicated to technical staff.
• Designing and implementing system architecture, defining system requirements, and ensuring that systems meet business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify requirements, and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
• Lead and manage IT projects, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Provide expert advice on IT strategies, technologies, and systems to help organizations improve efficiency and achieve their business goals. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, mentoring junior analysts as needed.
• Analyse and interpret complex data sets, developing insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Integrate different IT systems, applications, and technologies to ensure seamless communication and data flow across the organization.
• Ensure the quality and performance of IT systems by conducting testing, identifying defects, and recommending improvements to enhance system functionality.
• Assess and mitigate security risks, implementing security measures, and safeguarding IT systems and data from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
