Job Summary

The Service Crew / Senior Service Crew is responsible for taking customers' orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, preparation and serving food / beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
  • Upsell promotional items.
  • Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
  • Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
  • Execute any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Good command of spoken English and Malay
  • Other language; Mandarin and Tamil is advantageous
  • Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2,000.00 per month
