Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Workplace Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, DOSH Malaysia certification) is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of Malaysian safety and environmental regulations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate with government agencies.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and inspect workshop safety and 6S (5S + Safety) management work.
- Monitor the safety and operational status of safety and environmental protection facilities in the workshop and factory.
- Establish and improve the company's safety and environmental protection goals and management regulations.
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of the company's safety system documents and related records.
- Organize regular safety training sessions for employees.
- Manage special equipment safety and operator certification processes.
- Coordinate and respond to government safety and environmental inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct the annual safety assessment.
