B2B EDI Solution Analyst (Remote)

As a B2B Solution Analyst, you will be part of the Client’s B2B team responsible for enabling seamless data exchange between client and its external trading partners. Your focus will be on integrating through traditional B2B technologies (EDI, RNET, Flat File) and modern API / WebServices to support secure, real-time collaboration. You will play a key role in improving Client’s supply chain efficiency by translating business needs into technical solutions, coordinating cross‑functional efforts, and ensuring scalable integration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical or process specifications.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical / project teams.
• Understand and communicate B2B integration standards (e.g., message formats, transaction flows) and Client’s implementation with trading partners.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Design and configure B2B solutions using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Client’s teams, cloud / SaaS solution providers, and trading partners to test and implement new capabilities.
• Develop and document use cases, customer scenarios, demos, and testing protocols.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes through technology.
• Provide post‑implementation support, assist with stabilization efforts, and manage production escalations as needed.
