RESPONSIBILITIES :

Reports to Building Manager / Facility Manager

  • Responsible for overall general office administrative duties including data entry, filing, reception duties and information channeling
  • Maintain office inventory & supplies
  • Maintain client & vendor database
  • Attend phone call, walk-in & email enquiries or complaints
  • Prepare internal and external correspondences including memos, letters, notices, reports & presentations
  • Assist in procurement & expenditure requisition such as sourcing for quotations, tabling comparisons and preparing purchase orders
  • Assist in arranging for appointments / meetings and take notes / minutes where necessary
  • Ensure smooth and running efficiency of the building management office
  • Provide assistance to the Accounts Executive such as data entry, office inventory, documentation, following-up with outstanding defaulters, collection of service charges
  • Handling and follow-up on residents / owners' complaints
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as may be reasonably required

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate
  • Possess good personality and PR skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently / team, posirive and proactive
  • Possess own tranport and willing to travel
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
