Strategic Planning and Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with the hospital's goals, objectives, and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, industry partners, and government agencies to enhance business collaboration and growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations to strengthen client engagements and secure long‑term partnerships.
  • Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry insights to inform strategic decision‑making and business development strategies.
  • Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation

  • Lead the development of business proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase hospital services, solutions, and value propositions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service‑level agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring favourable terms and mutual benefits.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Drive sales initiatives, lead generation activities, and marketing campaigns to acquire new clients, expand customer base, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, track business performance metrics, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • Project Management and Implementation

  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute business development projects, partnerships, and initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure effective project delivery, stakeholder communication, and alignment with organizational objectives and quality standards.
  • Market Expansion and Brand Building

  • Explore new market opportunities, geographic regions, and service lines for business expansion and diversification.
  • Contribute to branding strategies, promotional activities, and marketing efforts to enhance the hospital's brand visibility and market presence.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and drive business success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage stakeholders, build rapport, and influence decision‑makers.
  • Leadership qualities, team management skills, and the ability to mentor and develop junior business development professionals.
  • Results‑oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite for sales reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Working Conditions

  • Office‑based work with frequent meetings, client visits, and networking events within and outside the hospital premises.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate business meetings, events, or client interactions.
