Multiple Hiring Role

Position 1 : Civil / Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager

Location : George Town, Penang & Ipoh, Perak

Salary : RM 7,116 – RM 8,895 / month

Job Description

  • Develop and execute project plans and progress control.
  • Monitor overall project schedule and conduct meetings.
  • Coordinate multi-discipline teams and site activities.
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance on site.
  • Manage equipment, materials and resources efficiently.
  • Maintain construction order, safety and environmental standards.
  • Handle emergencies, analyze progress, and implement improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Design or related field.
  • 5+ years relevant experience, at least 2 years in medium / large construction firms.
  • Experience in industrial workshop projects (semiconductor / data center / food / pharmapreferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction laws & regulations.
  • Good English skills; experience in foreign-funded projects preferred.

    • Position 2 : Project Safety Officer

    Location : George Town, Penang & Ipoh, Perak

    Salary : RM 4,744 – RM 5,930 / month

    Job Description

  • Oversee onsite safety compliance.
  • Assist in hazard analysis & preventive measures.
  • Conduct inspections and enforce safety rules.
  • Report accidents and participate in investigations.
  • Maintain safety documentation & records.

    • Job Requirements.

  • Knowledge of safety management in construction projects.
  • Strong observation and reporting skills.
  • Able to enforce safety rules and correct violations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • English as the working language (Chinese proficiency preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles.
  • Industrial workshop construction experience preferred.

    • Position 3 : Project Document Control Manager

    Location : George Town, Penang & Ipoh, Perak

    Salary : RM 2,965 – RM 3,558 / month

    Job Description

  • Manage completeness & standardisation of project documents.
  • File, store, distribute and track technical documents.
  • Review and control document updates & versions.
  • Digitise paper records and manage knowledge archive.
  • Support project acceptance and file compilation tasks.

    • Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with document control systems.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail & systematic work approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • English as the working language (Chinese proficiency preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles.
  • Industrial workshop construction experience preferred.
