Job Responsibility

What You’ll Be Doing (With Lots of Heart)

As a Starway Teacher, you're not just leading a class – you're shaping little lives.

  • Guide and care for children aged 1.5–6 with patience and purpose
  • Communicate confidently in Mandarin to build strong connections
  • Observe, wait, and gently guide – no shouting, just heart-led coaching
  • Form secure, trusting bonds with each child, because connection comes first
  • Team up with parents as partners in their child’s growth journey
  • Coach students 1-on-1 (60% of the time!) to help them unlock real-life skills, step by step
