Key Responsibilities :
- Post job advertisements on platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, and other relevant job boards / Platform.
- Ensure job posts are clear, engaging, and optimized for the target audience.
- Monitor responses to job ads and identify profiles that match the job requirements.
- Forward qualified profiles to the recruiter for the next steps in the hiring process.
- Stay updated on the latest job boards and social media platforms for optimal recruitment opportunities.
