Job Responsibilities :

• Assist Finance Executive and / or Senior Finance Executive.
• Carry out the day-to-day work instructions such as performing income audit, issuing invoices, performing journal entries, etc., in an effective manner.
• Have a clear understanding of the policies and procedures as per SOP and correctly apply and adhere to them.
• Liaise with operation personnel for the compilation of necessary reports and information to facilitate the preparation of document journal and accounting entries.
• Escalate ad-hoc issues requiring higher-level checking or decision-making to Executive and the Finance Manager.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments assigned by superior(s).
