Penerangan pekerjaanCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or related fields. Strong interest in digital marketing, online sales, and customer engagement. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage. Good communication skills (spoken & written). Creative, proactive, and willing to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Able to commit to the internship duration required by the university.

We are RR Corporate Management Services, a consultancy and recruitment firm that provides staffing solutions for our clients. On behalf of our client, we are seeking motivated interns who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing.

Nature of Business : Retail sales of cosmetic and health products through online platforms.
Job Scope :
- Assist in conducting online market research to identify beauty & health product trends and opportunities.
- Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, e-commerce platforms, email marketing).
- Help generate leads and engage with potential customers through online platforms.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, comments, and messages via social media or online marketplaces.
- Promote products during online campaigns, live sessions, and digital promotions.
- Support in managing and updating online store listings, marketing databases, and content.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and online sales.
- Assist in preparing reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Pay : RM RM800.00 per month
