Job Description
- In-charge of all pre-post and post-contract documents including compilation of sub-contractor's quote for Management's approval.
- To prepare cost study for every trade involved in the contract.
- To review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and contractual requirements.
- Preparations of Letter of Award for sub-contractors.
- Preparation of progress claims to be approved by Management. To follow up on certification and payment status.
- Verification of sub-contractors claims including measurement, dimensions, quantity, rate & final amount and recommend to Management.
- Issuance of sub-contractor's certificate of payment correctly.
- Manage variation order throughout project and time obtaining approval from client within stipulated time.
- Preparation of variation orders quotation and settlement of final account.
- To perform and undertake any other duties as may be prescribed by the Management or Company from time to time.

Must possess at least Diploma in relevant fieldAt least 2 years of working experience in fit-out INTERIOR WORKS is required for this positionPreferably Executive, specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalentArticulate, eloquent, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills with supervisory abilityCreative, highly motivated and results orientedAble to work independently and able to accomplish task within deadlinesJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
