Job Scope :

The ideal candidate will be supporting global operations through Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. This role is critical in enabling both Finance, Human Capital Management and Supply Chain teams to deliver operational excellence, enhance business processes, and maximise the value of our technology investments.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, providing expertise from requirements gathering to solution delivery, while ensuring smooth adoption of enhancements, updates, and integrations. The position frequently influences and contributes to key business decisions, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and operational needs across the organisation.

Job Requirement :

  • Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team for Finance, Human Capital Management and Supply Chain functions, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, and translating them into effective solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Leading process analysis initiatives and recommending improvements to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining systems to meet operational requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support strategic business goals and operational excellence.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving application or process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Preparing and maintaining clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents, as well as delivering end-user training.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to finance and supply chain operations.

Required skillsets / Experience :

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Finance, Human Capital Management or Supply Chain functions, ideally in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge and configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, particularly in Finance, Human Capital Management and Supply Chain modules (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of business process improvement methodologies and change management principles.
  • Experience in preparing clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong exposure in either Workday, Oracle Fusion or SAP HANA applications
  • Education / Qualification :

  • University degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Oracle certifications in relevant Finance, Human Capital Management or Supply Chain Cloud modules are highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of modern Cloud-based systems and business process frameworks in a global enterprise context.
