About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader / Executive to join DTS GROUP SDN BHD in Port Klang, Selangor. As a key member of our Manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production workers to ensure efficient and effective operations. This full-time position is crucial to the success of our business, and we are looking for an exceptional candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities of the production team, including scheduling, task allocation, and monitoring performance.
• Ensure production targets are met by effectively managing resources, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.
• Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members to develop their skills and enhance their productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the production area.
• Reporting on production performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to management.
