As part of their continued expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Country HR Lead to drive and shape human capital initiatives in Malaysia. This role offers the chance to influence people strategy, create and lead a high‑performing HR team, and implement programs that enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead a local HR team to deliver comprehensive HR programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, talent development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Partner with regional HR and business leaders to adapt global people initiatives for local implementation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, compliance, and best‑practice HR solutions.
• Facilitate sensitive or complex conversations, ensuring alignment between business needs and people strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and organizational practices to support growth.
• Drive initiatives in areas such as culture‑building, talent management, and organizational development.
