Overview
Experience in promoting and selling residential and commercial buildings , and the ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin . This position plays a vital role in driving sales performance and executing marketing strategies to support our building and high-rise development projects across Kedah.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial units for new and ongoing building / high-rise development projects.
- Manage the entire sales process from client inquiry, consultation, site tour, booking, SPA coordination, and after-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide professional customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Identify new sales opportunities, including corporate clients and property investors.
- Liaise with real estate agents, lawyers, bankers, and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Marketing Duties
Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies to increase project visibility and sales conversion.Organize and participate in sales launches, roadshows, property exhibitions, and marketing events .Oversee and manage the company’s digital marketing presence , including social media platforms, property portals, and email campaigns.Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, video content, and advertisements.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand buyer trends and propose suitable pricing or promotion strategies.Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in property sales or real estate, preferably in residential and commercial building projects.Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both verbal and written) to cater to a diverse clientele.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willing to travel locally for meetings, client visits, and marketing events.Must possess own transport and valid driving license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
