Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and actuals, ensuring spending is within budget.
Track and monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for each business unit across SEA countries.
Ensure that all financial deadlines are met for month / quarter / year-end financial closing.
Work closely with the Business Operation team, Finance Controllership team and other stakeholders across locations within SEA to ensure effective and accurate monthly closing of accounting books.
Prepare reports for each business unit for monthly performance review.
Support new business initiatives, streamline and standardize processes and new system implementations.
Maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to company guidelines. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Able to work in fast-paced and high transactions volume environment
Able to multi-task and work under high pressure
Strong communication skills and ability to handle key stakeholders
Good problem solving skills, with proven ability to apply finance knowledge and experience to a diverse range of financial issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
