Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions. Solution Design and Documentation : Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications. Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively. Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and project managers. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and challenges. Testing and Quality Assurance : Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and scenarios. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Identify and resolve defects or issues during the testing phase. Change Management and Training : Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions. Assist in the adoption of new systems and processes by providing post-implementation support. Address user concerns and feedback to ensure smooth transitions. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst, with 2 years of insurance industry domain knowledge, specifically in insurance claims With a technical background, able to understand and communicate with technical resources With some project management-related experience, and able to assist PM with project management Ability to travel to client sites based on project demands Experience on D365 is an advantage Beyondsoft (Malaysia) Sdn.
