Nebius Academy is an educational platform that helps experienced software developers stay at the forefront of technological innovation. We create specialized courses that teach professionals how to effectively use AI tools in real-world development workflows, as well as programs for business professionals looking to leverage AI in management, automation, and everyday work processes.

Our programs are designed to help engineers critically and productively apply artificial intelligence in their professional work, improving code quality, development speed, and overall work efficiency. We also empower non-technical professionals, managers, and business specialists to harness AI automation, develop essential digital skills, and lead organizational transformation in the AI era.

Our mission is to provide engineers with access to cutting-edge knowledge in AI-assisted development and help them become leaders in the new era of programming. We're equally committed to democratizing AI literacy for professionals across all functions — making advanced automation, soft skills development, and change management accessible to everyone.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking experienced developers and technical experts for the role of Instructors in our AI-assisted programming educational program. We're also looking for skilled educators, trainers, and practitioners in AI automation, soft skills development, and business transformation. You can join us on a part-time basis, leading interactive live sessions and workshops for professional developers and business audiences .

What you will do

As an Instructor at Nebius Academy, you'll play a central role in our students' educational journey across various formats and engagement levels :

Provide Personalized Support

Mentor students during 1-on-1 calls, addressing their specific questions and challenges

Provide deeper explanations of complex concepts, tools, and skills

Guide learners through practical projects — from building AI-powered workflows to applying transformation frameworks in real business contexts

Support students as they navigate assignments and apply new knowledge to their professional work

Offer asynchronous support through course chat channels

Collaborate on Content Development

Work closely with instructional designers to create or refine course structure aligned with program goals and learner needs

Co-define learning objectives for each module

Develop or enhance lesson content, guides, session outlines, and assessment tasks (including texts, examples, and screencasts)

Participate in content refinement iterations based on feedback from the instructional design team and students

Contribute to the design of final projects that reflect real-world professional challenges

Ensure all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards

(Optionally) appear as a speaker in learning videos

Ensure Pedagogical Quality

Adapt delivery style and materials to meet diverse learner needs

Share feedback on student progress and content effectiveness with the course team

Maintain pedagogical consistency while bringing your unique professional expertise to the learning experience

Requirements

Professional Experience (varies by role) :

For AI Automation roles : 3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI automation and workflow design

For Soft Skills / Management roles : 3+ years in digital‑focused roles such as EdTech, L&D, Instructional Design, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Product Management

For Business Transformation roles : 5+ years in strategy, organizational development, change management, HR, or consulting

Technical & Domain Expertise (role‑specific) :

AI Automation Instructors should have :

Practical experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate)

Experience with AI platforms and APIs (ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Llama, Copilot)

Familiarity with productivity and visualization tools (Miro, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace)

Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath or similar)

Solid understanding of AI integration principles (APIs, webhooks, data handling, model outputs)

Experience applying automation in real business environments (operations, marketing, analytics, or product functions)

Business Transformation Instructors should have :

Strong understanding of organizational transformations (digital, cultural, strategic, crisis‑driven)

Ability to connect strategy, structure, culture, and people

Knowledge of change and communication management, leadership dynamics, culture building, employee engagement, and resistance management

Understanding of redesigning roles and skills amid automation and AI adoption

Experience in large corporations, banks, or IT companies is a plus

Soft Skills / Management Instructors should have :

Experience conducting training on soft skills, leadership, and managerial competencies

Teaching & Facilitation Skills :

Proven experience conducting online training sessions, workshops, or webinars (internal or public)

Excellent communication skills — ability to explain complex or technical concepts in clear, accessible language to non‑technical audiences

Ability to facilitate engaging, interactive virtual sessions

Comfortable working with prepared materials while adapting delivery to student needs

Ability to improvise and independently prepare supplementary session materials when necessary

Language Requirements :

English proficiency : B2 or higher (spoken and written)

For specific roles : Fluent conversational proficiency in Spanish

Comfortable utilizing AI‑driven tools (LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline routine and creative tasks

For AI‑focused roles : Knowledge of legal, ethical, and compliance considerations in AI and automation (data privacy, governance, responsible use)

For Business Transformation roles : Genuine interest in AI adoption and its impact on people, processes, and culture

Time Commitment & Availability :

Availability to dedicate 10‑15 hours per week on a flexible schedule

Willingness to occasionally work weekends

Ability to work within European or Latin American time zones (varies by role)

Interest in long‑term, project‑based cooperation

Nice-to-Have :

Understanding of motivational design principles in education

Coaching skills or certification in coaching techniques (ICF, EMCC, etc.)

For Business Transformation roles : Certifications in strategy, change management, HR, or leadership (Prosci, PMI, CIPD, INSEAD, IMD, etc.)

Experience working with diverse, international student populations

What we can offer you

Pay Rate : $40 / hr. - $80 / hr. (Gross Pay)
