Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of regulatory compliance strategies and policies in Malaysia and globally.Monitor and interpret regulatory changes; advise relevant business units accordingly.Manage regulatory submissions, applications, and reporting processes to meet deadlines and requirements.Review and respond to regulatory consultation papers and exposure drafts from local authorities.Drive automation of compliance workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.Maintain accurate documentation of all compliance activities and regulatory interactions.Collaborate with internal teams to provide regulatory guidance during product development, marketing, and operational processes.Act as a secondary liaison for regulatory authorities and external auditors.Conduct training on compliance programs and regulatory obligations.Develop regular and ad‑hoc reports and presentations for senior management.Build relationships with regulators, industry groups, and legal advisors to stay ahead of emerging trends and regulatory expectations.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).Minimum 6 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related field, ideally within the payments or financial services industry.In-depth knowledge of Malaysian and global regulatory frameworks.Proficiency with compliance and data analysis tools; experience integrating AI tools is a plus.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; capable of making data‑driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.Collaborative mindset with proven experience working cross‑functionally.For more information, kindly contact Vivian via WhatsApp at or via email at
