Senior Data Analyst (SQL)

Sleek uses AI-powered software to make back-office processes easier for micro SMEs, with a focus on customer delight. We help Entrepreneurs save time to focus on growth and customer interactions. We operate 3 business segments :

• Corporate Secretary : Automating company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign.
• Accounting & Bookkeeping : Redefining accounting, bookkeeping, tax and payroll with SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and strong customer service.
• FinTech payments : Providing digital banking services to new businesses.

Sleek launched in 2017 and serves around 15,000 customers across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK, with about 500 staff.

We have recently raised Series B financing after >

70% compound annual growth in revenue over the last 5 years. Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as a fast-growing company in Asia. We aim to be cash flow positive and tech-enabled, based in Singapore.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is excited about the mission and outcomes described below.

Mission

Drive informed decision making within the COO's organization by turning data from our Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech and Compliance operations into actionable insights that improve robustness and profitability of Sleek's operations.

Outcomes

Ensure your analysis is at least 90% accurate, with clear understanding and explanation of the 10% gap.

Visualize data in Looker Studio or Tableau clearly; ensure metrics are consistent with existing dashboards; prototype dashboards with end users in Google Sheets before creation; propose efficient, scalable solutions for long-term sustainability; review dashboard usage quarterly and archive low-utilization dashboards.

Document key metrics and calculations in Google Docs and pin / link in internal Wiki or Slack; language should be accessible to data analysts and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and maintain BigQuery effectively.

Contribute to an inclusive, knowledge-sharing culture with other analysts; coordinate workstreams, challenges and learnings.

Minimum 5 years experience as a Data Analyst is required.

Interview process

The process may occur in a different order than listed and is expected to last no more than 3 weeks. Interviews may be via video call or in person depending on location and role.

A 60-minute discussion with the Hiring Manager (COO) to review your recent roles and experience in detail.

A 60-minute chat with Head of HR or CFO to discuss recent work situations.

Background screening
