Finance Duties :
Prepare and review invoices, receipts & payments to suppliers.
Prepare daily accounting records (cash book, petty cash, bank reconciliation).
Manage financial data in the system.
Assist in the audit process and monthly / annual account closing.
Prepare basic financial reports to management.
Review and process staff expense claims.
Administrative Duties :
Prepare official company documents such as correspondence, memos and reports.
Manage files, records and office documents in an orderly manner.
Manage stock of stationery and office supplies.
Support human resource management : leave, attendance, employee files.
Greet guests and answer telephone calls if needed.
Support general office work and tasks directed by management from time to time.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor in Accounting, Administration or equivalent.
Have basic knowledge in accounting & computer skills (Microsoft Office).
1–2 years of work experience in related fields is an advantage.
Thorough, able to work independently and in a team.
