EDM Wirecut Machinist

JOB DESCRIPTION : -

Programming and setting of Wirecut;

Perform dimensional and geometric measurement on parts;

• Uphold high accuracy specification and quality work production at all times;
• Responsible to carry out work as assigned by Supervisor / Shift Leader;
• Ensure that safety precautions are observed and safety gears are used whenever required;
• To machine the inserts according to the drawings;
• To ensure program has been correctly insert into the machine;
• To feedback to supervisors if any mistake / problems occurred;
• Responsible for well maintain and upkeep of machinery;
• Ensure good manufacturing practice and maintain proper housekeeping;
• To carry out additional duty that is given out by superior from time to time
