Our client is a global insurance and financial services organisation undergoing significant digital acceleration and expansion. With a strong global footprint and long-established market presence, the company is now heavily investing in data, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities to modernise its operations and elevate customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, fine‑tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems for automation, knowledge extraction, summarisation, and conversational intelligence.
• Execute analytical experiments and design advanced ML pipelines that leverage structured and unstructured data.
• Identify, gather, and process large datasets; perform data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis to improve model accuracy.
• Build and optimise algorithms for predictive modelling, natural language processing, and generative AI use cases.
• Work with engineering teams to productionise models and integrate them into existing systems using cloud AI platforms (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML, Azure Bot Services).
• Analyse trends, patterns, and business signals, and communicate insights through well‑designed dashboards and storytelling using Power BI .
