About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our dynamic team at Nuri Education Centre Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early education and development of our young learners.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities using NURI's STEPS framework (Reading, Writing, Listening, Understanding, Speaking, Counting, Movement).
- Teach core subjects and electives (Phonics, PowerEnglish, PowerMath, Arts & Craft, Creative Movement, and optional languages such as Mandarin, Tamil, Islamic Studies).
- Ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress; prepare simple reports for parents and management.
- Supervise children during class, playtime, meals, and dismissal.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support children's holistic growth.
- Participate in training sessions, school events, and staff meetings.
